Return & Refill Initiative

If you have been following us (Adrian and Jaicey) for a while, you'll know and understand that sustainability is paramount and our biggest advocacy. That's why we've introduced our refill/replacement system for our Eden Organics community. 
If you have bought any products from us before that has arrived in our glass packaging (i.e. clay face masks and bath soaks), the empty vessel can be sent back to our office for a refill or a discount on your next purchase. This initiative was put into practice to assist in minimizing wastage and the amount of product that ends up in our recycling facilities. 
This process is so easy to do! Just follow these simple steps:
STEP 1: 
Ensure your skincare vessels are clean and dry (damp packaging collects bacteria and debris and cannot be accepted).
STEP 2: 
Place your dry vessels in your original Eden Organics satchel along with your email address so we can send you your unique discount code.
STEP 3: 
Head to your local post office and return the bag to the below address (postage is not paid by Eden Organics).

Once we have received the bottles, we will send you either a unique 15% off coupon code to the email address provided for your next purchase, or an option to refill your existing vessel for a fraction of the cost.
T&Cs: We will not accept or give discounts for any other products outside of our brand. You must write your preferred option, a valid email address and postal address on the back to receive your discount or refill. Discount is valid for 1 purchase only. Return postage is not covered by Eden Organics.
